Staying at the villa led by the very friendly, warm, and welcoming host was a great experience for my family of four. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, although availability was an issue as I had to be flexible with my dates. The service provided, especially for the price, exceeded my expectations with sweet gestures like fresh flowers one morning.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room I was given had the most amazing view, but it lacked privacy as it was directly in front of one of the pools with people always around. The shower was not great, and the curtain was disgusting. On the bright side, the young man offering service was wonderful and friendly, making my interactions enjoyable. The location was a bit quieter than the main streets, offering a different atmosphere, but getting a room facing the pool could enhance the experience. The traditional cave house view was magnificent, although the room itself didn't fully live up to the price. Unfortunately, the dining was a bit confusing and seemed overpriced for what was provided.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel for the last three nights of my honeymoon. The rooms were amazing with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea, and the entrance from the terrace overlooking the pool and the caldera.
